CARLISLE (AP) – Federal investigators have pulled intact data cards from a PA State Police helicopter and Cessna aircraft that collided at Carlisle Regional Airport. An NTSB official says the data cards could provide crucial flight information. The cards will be reviewed as investigators try to determine why the Cessna clipped the helicopter during takeoff. The crash killed the plane’s pilot Wednesday night.Two troopers inside the helicopter were injured. The Cessna was attempting to land when it veered to the side and collided with the rear of the police helicopter.
