HARRISBURG (AP) – Primary contests across PA remained without a clear victor for a fourth straight day, as counties tabulate an avalanche of mailed-in ballots. In Philadelphia alone, a city elections board spokesperson said election workers had yet to process roughly 140,000 ballots. The Associated Press has not yet called a number of races where the contest was close or had a large number of votes yet to be counted, or both. Voters mailed-in about 1.4 million ballots with voter turnout passing 22%.
