COLUMBIA – A Monday morning crash in Lancaster County has claimed a life. Units were called before 4:30 a.m. to Route 441 and Rotary Avenue in Columbia Borough after a single vehicle operated by 37-year-old Jason Brock of Columbia had struck a concrete bridge abutment and caught fire. A passerby had pulled Brock from the vehicle prior to police arrival. Brock was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is under investigation.
