LANCASTER – A Lancaster woman is charged with endangering the welfare of a child after her 4-year-old was found screaming alongside a roadway in 20-degree weather. The child was unattended for 20 minutes when police were called. Through investigation, officers determined that the child belonged to 20-year-old Ariana Ford, who left her apartment at 11:15 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 31, to attend a party. While gone, she left the child unattended in the apartment. Ford did not return until 12:32 a.m., after police had summoned her back home. Ford was arrested, processed, and taken to Central Arraignment.
