LANCASTER – A former Lancaster City Police officer has been accused of disseminating explicit sexual material via electronic communication, indecent exposure, and other charges regarding inappropriate messages sent from his Facebook account. 43-year-old Jayson Drouillard of Mountville sent two videos of himself to the victim through Facebook Messenger on December 4. Drouillard was not employed as a police officer at the time of the incident. A female victim indicated to police that two videos were sent from Drouillard. Lancaster Police preserved the messages and videos and were able to identify that the videos depicted Drouillard and were taken in the bathroom of his residence at the time. Lancaster County detectives, with the assistance of West Hempfield Township Police, executed an arrest warrant for Drouillard along with a search warrant for his residence. He is free on $10,000 bail.
