HARRISBURG – Charges have been filed in the Sunday morning shooting of a 4-year-old in Harrisburg. Police responded to a home in the 300 block of S. 13th Street. The Dauphin County District Attorney’s office reports that a four-year-old was accidentally shot by a family member who was a child living in the same home. The adult caretaker at the home, 49-year-old Phillip Woods faces aggravated assault, child endangerment, and other charges in the case. The injured child was taken to an area hospital where he’s in critical condition. Woods is being held in Dauphin County Prison.
