LANCASTER COUNTY – Police in Lancaster County arrested a 14-year-old male from Brownstown, alleging the crime of Robbery- Inflict Threat Immediate Bodily Injury and Simple Assault. On August 8 around 4 p.m., Lititz Borough Police responded to a disturbance in which three juvenile males were bullying another juvenile male. During the incident, the bullied juvenile was shot three times with a B-B gun and had visible injuries and sustained puncture wounds consistent with a B-B gun. The arrested juvenile also placed the gun to the victim’s head, slapped the victim with the gun, and stole his jacket. The victim was taken to a hospital for treatment. The arrested juvenile is summoned to juvenile court.
