LANCASTER COUNTY – Authorities identified the boy found Sunday in a private pond near Herr Drive and Peach Bottom Road in Fulton Township, Lancaster County. 15-year-old Omar Fischer of Peach Bottom died of fresh water drowning and his cause of death has been ruled accidental by the county coroner.
