BEL AIR, MD – Harford County, Maryland authorities believe a 37-year-old woman reported missing after going for a walk on the Ma and Pa Trail in Bel Air has been found dead. Rachel Morin was last seen on Saturday, Aug. 5 around 6 p.m. when she left for a walk. A boyfriend later reported her missing. Her car was found at the Williams Street entrance in Bel Air. Around 1:07 p.m. Sunday, a female body was located off of the trail. The investigation is ongoing and the incident is being called a homicide. It coincides with another missing woman. 58-year-old Karen Elliott was last seen at her home in Bel Air on Saturday, August 5 around 2:20 p.m. She was last seen wearing a green shirt and blue jeans and heading into the wooded area behind Cypress Drive. Police say this case is completely unrelated to the homicide and believe there is no danger to the community.
