YORK COUNTY – State Police have arrested a York County man on sexual assault and other charges following a search for a missing 13-year-old girl from New York State. Investigators say 13-year-old Hailey Williams of Grand Island, NY was lured away from home last Thursday after online conversations with a person who identified themselves as “Dale” from PA. Police later found on Friday the teen with 24-year-old Dale Kumler at his Glen Rock residence.Williams was safely returned to her family. Kumler was taken into police custody and is in York County Prison.
