LANCASTER – Lancaster Police have charged a man with attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, and other related offenses after a Sunday morning stabbing outside the Islamic Center on the 200 block of N. Queen Street. 32-year-old Mohammad Abdul Rashid of Lancaster flagged down a police officer after the stabbing, and was taken into custody. Two adult male stabbing victims were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Police say the assault took place following an argument with the involved parties.
