AKRON – A Conestoga Township man was arrested in connection with a February 26th stabbing incident on Main Street in Akron Borough. Witnesses reported their friend was stabbed during a large house party. Police found and treated the victim who was rushed to a hospital. Police identified the suspect as 21-year-old Kaleb Carroll from the assistance of the public and confirmed by witnesses at the party. Police were told Carroll went to the Sheetz in Ephrata and then returned to the party. Shortly afterward a fight started within the residence. Carroll faces assault and reckless endangerment charges. Police want to thank the public for all the tips submitted with helping to identify Carroll.
