EPHRATA – An Ephrata man was arrested in connection to two armed robberies at local Turkey Hills. 27-year-old Colby Mummaw faces robbery and other charges in connection with a June 20th robbery of the Turkey Hill at 903 South State Street in Ephrata and the July 21 holdup at the Turkey Hill at 3585 Rothsville Road in Ephrata. Leads led police to Mummaw’s residence. Investigators executed search warrants on the home and a related vehicle. As a result, officers recovered several items connected with the robberies. Mummaw is being held at Lancaster County Prison on state parole violations.
