CHESTER COUNTY – A suspect in a Chester County kidnapping has been arrested. 37-year-old Vanessa Gutshall was nabbed by authorities in McLean, VA yesterday around 11:30 a.m. after police observed a stolen Virginia license plate on the same vehicle in which she fled with 6-year-old Zoe Moss. Gutshall kidnapped her daughter in Downingtown on Oct. 25. An Amber Alert was issued. Authorities say the child is safe and appears to be unharmed. Gutshall is charged with kidnapping of a minor, unlawful restraint, and related charges. She is awaiting extradition back to Chester County.
