LANCASTER – Lancaster County District Attorney Heather Adams announced the arrest of 68-year-old David Vincent Sinopoli of Lancaster in connection with the death of 19-year-old Lindy Sue Biechler back in December 1975 at her apartment on Kloss Drive in Manor Township. At the time of the murder, Sinopoli had lived at the Spring Manor Apartment complex where Biechler had lived. Adams said DNA evidence helped in making the arrest. The arrest would not have been possible without the assistance of CeCe Moore and Parabon NanoLabs, which helped in the arrest in the Christy Mirack case. Sinopoli was taken into police custody on Sunday at his home on Faulkner Drive in Lancaster.
