LANCASTER COUNTY – A Lancaster County man is facing charges after he assaulted staff members at UPMC Hospital at 1500 Highlands Drive in Warwick Township on October 12th. Police responded and detained 56-year-old Brian Rineer of Manheim, who was being treated at the facility. An investigation revealed that Rineer became violent, made threats, and physically pushed staff members. He was taken into custody and was subsequently arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct.
