YORK – York City Police have made another arrest in connection to the homicide of Izayah Thomas-Reid, who was shot and killed in the 300 block of North Queen Street on February 19th. 16-year-old Mu’Ath Woodard turned himself in to the police Monday after he had been listed as a wanted person by the York City Police for his involvement in the killing. Woodard has been charged with criminal homicide among other charges. In addition to Woodard, 60-year-old Treva Rice and 17-year-old Mijiere Hillian were also arrested for their roles in the homicide. Rice is charged with criminal use of a communication facility, hindering apprehension, endangering the welfare of children, and corruption of minors.
