ANNAPOLIS, MD (AP) – Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan says all state residents 16 and over can now pre-register for an appointment to get the COVID-19 vaccine at mass vaccination sites. Hogan said the state is opening up registration for appointments in Phase 3 due to the rising supply of vaccine that the state is receiving from the federal government. The governor underscored that people who are currently eligible under Phase 1 and Phase 2 will continue to be prioritized.
