LANCASTER – All City of Lancaster water customers are being asked to conserve water. Water production is limited at the Susquehanna Water Treatment Plant due to an internal electrical issue. Work is underway to return the plant to full production. Customers can call the Water Lab with questions at 717-291-4818 or the emergency number at 717-291-4816.
